Payment
Goods dispatching and our credit checking
Goods will not be dispatched until the payment is received and cleared in our bank accounts. No credit will be given in any cases by now. We do understand some clients may hesitate to pay us in advance due to high Internet frauds nowadays, but we have been running this business since 2007 and our website has been online since 2013, on the other hand, our Telkom landline, cellular number, banking details, business name and address etc all can be traced to our company, Afrasian Business or the owner of the business who is the sole director. Related documents and our latest trade references are available to send to the clients if required. Please ask us without hesitation.
COD, cash on delivery, EFT on site, cards
This payment is applied to the pick-up of the goods by the clients or delivery to the clients' places by us. For security reasons, we strongly recommend to pay us by EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) through the internet banking or bank APPs especially for the large sum of money before or in the time of collection or delivery on site. Cash on delivery (COD) may not be accepted if the delivery address is quite far from us. Card payment is not accepted due to lack of card facilities.
EFT, Electronic Fund Transfer
We prefer to the payment by EFT. We have bank accounts in all major banks in South Africa so that the payment will be cleared immediately and the goods can be ready to dispatch or deliver at once.
No cheques or cheque deposits are accepted
Due to the long time clearance of cheques and credit frauds, we do not accept any cheques and cheque deposits. Cash deposit is accepted but cash deposit fee (2%) has to be added to the total amount.
Shipment
Customers' pick-up
The clients may come to pick up their orders. The appointment must be made in this case. The collection by the couriers or transport services organized by the clients can be arranged by the appointment as well.
Our own delivery
Our own deliveries are available to Johannesburg and Pretoria at the costs of fuel and toll-gates. Free deliveries can be provided in East Rand depending upon the quantities of the purchases and the delivery distance.
Courier services
We have accounts in some courier service companies and the costs are quiet economic for sending the goods nationwide. There are special rates for the delivery in Gauteng. We give discount of the total purchase amount as a share for the shipping cost if the goods are sent to the provinces other than Gauteng.
Logistic transport services
We have good connection with some logistic companies to transport our products to Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth, New Castle, and Cape Town, etc. at low costs. The clients may also organize their own transports to pick up their orders and in these cases we can deliver the goods to the logistic companies in Johannesburg, but the delivery costs may be charged if the distance is quite far from us.
